QR Chapter 10

This chapter was about how the teacher should go beyond the classroom. If the teacher makes connections to the outside world, the students will feel that the information will be more beneficial to them because they are going to need it when they are out in the real world. One way is to do an activity outside as a class while also learning about the area around you. The teacher can also arrange internships for the students or steer them towards summer enrichment programs that are in an area that they are interested in.
