QR Chapter 4
This chapter is about how to let the students know that you care about them and their achievements so that they will be more determined to succeed. Teachers can do this by reminding the students that we expect them to do their best, encourage the students if they are having trouble, give them helpful feedback, give them plenty of support, make them set priorities, and don't favor students, or compare students to each other. Each student is different in the achievements, goals, mind sets, and life situations. Always make students take risks in the classroom as well. If you don't challenge them then they will become bored and their work will start to suffer because they will think that they can take it easy.
