Are separate strategies better by themselves or together?

I think that the best strategy for effective teaching and learning of technology is to get both the teacher and students involved in the lesson for that day. If the teacher has never used that piece of technology before, it would make the learning experience better for the students because then they will be able to see that the teacher is learning with them. This was definitely true in my placement becuase my mentor teacher had just gotten the SMART board a few months before and still didn't know how to fully use it.
