QR Chapter 1
One thing that jumped out at me while I was reading this chapter was the questionnaire that the kids made up for the teacher to give them on the first day of school. I think that that is a really good idea and also I think that the teacher should fill out the questionnaire with them. This jumped out at me because in the beginning of the chapter, one student said that he doesn’t want the teacher to know his birthday, but that ‘what is your birthday’ is on the questionnaire.

good reflection. do you think he didn't want her to know his birthday or was it that he didn't want her to make a big deal out of his birthday?
